Vera Shury, Life Health Coach specializes in easy adjustments to help deal with health/mental problems affecting children

to Seniors. Vera currently teaches Parkinson's and other fitness classes 4 days a week. Vera was a caregiver of her mother, so she knows

all of the ups and downs. Vera's focus for caregivers and those affected is FEEL BETTER. MOVE EASIER. LIVE FULLY- at EVERY AGE.

One of her fitness students is 102 and still exercising. This will be a truly inspirational meeting! Science-based coaching helps all adults and seniors with chronic conditions, or if you just need to rebuild energy, strength, and confidence--one small step at a time.

Dr Allan Anderson, Board certified geriatric psychiatrist, specializing in Alzheimer Disease and other

related Dementias with 43 years of experience. Dr Anderson will be speaking on the importance of “Quality and Quantity of Sleep".

The effects short term and long term on our physical and mental health. Dr Anderson, Director of Banner Alzheimer's Institute, researcher, graduate of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He has so much life experience along with his medical background, he is an amazing speaker and person.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of new friends in our new larger space--HOA 2 Catalina room, Mesquite Building.

We are open to all caregivers, just entering this challenging role or those who have been meeting the challenges alone. We are here to offer support

and new resources.

No fees or Dues, just 2 hours of support and ways to be better.
